This is your future position  

As the Head of Mobilization, you will be responsible for the entire process and operational support to our complex projects. Once a bid is won and a contract signed the mobilization team are responsible for initiating and leading the project from start to implementation. You will lead the team which consists of five senior project management experts stationed in the Nordic countries. 

Sodexo utilizes a structured project management process and you are responsible for ensuring that each step is implemented according to the negotiated contract, that all activities and tasks are managed, and all resources deployed efficiently to achieve agreed profitability and growth targets. You will also take an operational role and lead the start-up of the most complex contracts with strategic importance. These contracts are primarily fully Integrated Facility Management services to clients in the public and private sector on a local, regional or global level.

As your responsibility is the Nordic region you will collaborate closely with the global mobilization team, our segments, sales manager and bid manager as well as designated steering groups. You will be part of the Business Improvement and Growth Support (BIGS) Nordic Management team and report to the the BIGS Director Nordics.

Who are you?

We believe you are an experienced project manager, you are used to leading multifaceted projects and have strong knowledge within Hard FM. You have a relevant academic degree and excellent command of spoken and written English language as well as at least one Nordic language.

You are a natural leader with the ability to establish a cooperative and team-oriented environment. The Head of Mobilization will be a vital key player in one of the most important functions within Sodexo. Thus, you have the ability to establish trustworthy relationships both internally and outside the organization.
